this seems like an interesting proposition that seems to be gaining more and more scientific supporters.
seemingly this project predicted 9/11 and the recent asian tsunami, it is also reported to be affected by single members of the public.
the project is essentially a series of random number generators that churns out an endless stream of zero's and ones, the theory is that the generators should churn out a roughly equal number of 0 and 1's, any deviation from this means it is being affected by an outside source...
